Launch Pad Baseball Development

Launch Pad offers in-person, one-on-one baseball instruction focused on two things: hitting and defense. Every session is 60 minutes and tailored to the player in front of us.

Instructor Brady McConnell is a Merritt Island native and former college and professional player. He provides baseball instruction in the community where he grew up, working with athletes from Merritt Island and across Brevard County.

Lessons combine clear teaching with purposeful reps, so players leave knowing what they worked on and where to focus next.
